The WFF website is designed for private communication between family members re: the WFF and related philanthropic activities. Family members over 18 y/o may have access to the website if they agree to the following:
- Information on the website is proprietary and meant for inter-family information sharing only
- Website access is reserved for family only and should not be viewed or accessed by non- family members
- Directory information from the website (contact info for family members) will never be shared outside the family
- Family members with website access will never, under any circumstances, give their WFF username and/or password to anyone (including another family member- who will have their own password/user name)
- Family members accessing the website should always log off when finished reviewing the website or stepping away from their computer in the presence of others, and never leave the website open to unauthorized use in your absence
- Family members should never access this website from public computers (libraries, hotel lobbies, common workspace computers, etc)
- Family members should never copy and paste pictures or any other information from the WFF website for posting on any other website or social media use (such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc)
